Concept being tested: an AI-led margin optimization and commercial planning tool for D2C brands and marketplace operators. It combines a unified performance view across marketplaces, q-commerce, own websites and retail media with AI recommendations for SKU-level contribution margin improvement: which SKUs to promote on which channels, when to run promotions, what discount depth or bundle to use, and where to avoid margin leakage. The goal is to understand whether such a tool can improve contribution margin across platforms through smarter pricing, promotions, bundles and channel-wise SKU selection. This is exploratory and not a sales pitch.
